This list was set up several years ago as a way for members to share email addresses and telephone numbers. Access is restricted to those who are on the list. Support is limited.

The file is encrypted and requires a password to view or open. Note for downloads: requires version 7 or newer of Adobe Reader to open on a PC. Mac users - the file will open in Preview with OSX Lion. Older versions of Mac Preview cannot open this document; download Adobe Reader.
