Your website profile is what other members see when they click on your name in the member list. And if you haven’t seen the new member list in action, you should log in to the website to try it.

The member list is a directory of all website members. It is sortable by first and last name and it is searchable. It lists contact information and if you click on a member’s name, you see the member’s profile.

Profiles have been expanded to hold hold more information. You can now list your telephone number, outdoor interests and social networking information. There is also a free-form text space for you to add things such as a photo-sharing website address. You can add a photo.

The member list and member profiles are visible only to club members and only when logged in.

Give it a try. When you log in, a new menu tab “Members”appears to give you access to these features. Check out the list, then update your profile.
